Further ahead

More than a year away, so no countdown yet. Dates are the organisers' own.

Before you fly

Get more out of a fair

  1. 01

    Register early, online

Most trade fairs are free or cheaper for pre-registered trade visitors, and badges print in seconds at the door. Use only the organiser's own site.

  2. 02

    Ask for a visa letter

Organisers issue invitation letters once you register. Start four to eight weeks ahead for China, India and the US.

  3. 03

Book beds before stands sell out

Verona, Xiamen and Las Vegas fill up months before show week. Book a refundable room as soon as the dates are confirmed.

  4. 04

    Line up meetings in advance

Shortlist suppliers on the Vendor Network and message them before you fly, so show days go on samples and prices, not searching halls.

Can't make the trip?

Meet the exhibitors without the flight.

Many of the quarries, factories and machine makers at these fairs are on LithoPrime. Browse them, or post an RFQ and let them come to you.
