Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business.
• You must give accurate, complete registration information, including your business name, location, and applicable trade identifiers (Company ID or tax number, Import/Export Code).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person or business may hold one account per role (Buyer or Vendor). Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• Some fields (Company Legal Name, Company ID / Tax Number, Country, Import/Export Code) cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if one needs correcting.

Current prices, allowances, and credit costs are shown on our Pricing page.

• Credits pay for individual actions on the Platform, such as unlocking an RFQ, revealing a vendor's contact details, a Trade Intelligence search, or a listing beyond your allowance.
• Credits are not money. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
• Every account receives free credits at the start of each month (UTC). These reset each month, and unused free credits do not carry over. Credits you buy, or receive with Premium, do not expire while your account is open.
• Refunds for credit packs and credit balances are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Listings must accurately describe the stone or material offered.
• Our team reviews listings before they are published. We may reject, suspend, or remove listings that break these Terms.
• Prices should be stated in the listing currency with a clear unit (per sq ft, per ton, per piece, and so on).
• Vendors may select up to 6 vendor types that accurately represent their business.
• Misleading descriptions, fake reviews, and deceptive practices are prohibited.

• Respond to quote requests promptly (we recommend within 48 hours).
• Keep your business information and listing details accurate.
• Comply with all laws that apply to the sale and export of stone and mineral products, including CITES where applicable (see International Trade).
• Hold the licences, permits, and certifications your jurisdiction requires for quarrying, processing, or trading stone.
• Honour quoted prices and terms unless you clearly mark them as estimates or subject to change.

• Receive accurate information about listed products and services.
• Request quotes from several vendors to compare them.
• Report vendors who act deceptively or fail to meet agreed terms.
• Use the Platform's reporting and feedback tools when off-platform dealings with a vendor go wrong (LithoPrime is not a party to those dealings; see Disputes between users).

• Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
• When a subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Listings beyond the Free allowance are hidden until you upgrade again.
• Refunds for subscriptions, credit packs, add-ons, and credit balances are governed by our Refund Policy.

• A Featured Boost promotes a listing to the top of results for 12 hours.
• Boosts are non-refundable once activated.
• Boosted listings must still follow all marketplace rules and listing guidelines.

The Platform introduces buyers and vendors. Any sale, purchase, payment, shipment, or contract between users happens off-platform and directly between them. LithoPrime is not a party to it and has no responsibility for performance, payment, delivery, or quality. If a dispute arises between users:

• Try first to resolve it directly, through Platform messaging or other contact.
• If that fails, either party may open a support ticket. LithoPrime may, at its sole discretion, offer informal mediation, but is not obliged to, and doing so does not make us a party to the underlying transaction.
• For international trade between users, the agreed Incoterms and applicable trade law govern the relationship between buyer and vendor.

• You keep ownership of the content you upload (images, descriptions, logos).
• By uploading content, you grant LithoPrime a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace. Listing, cover, and factory photos are shown with a small LithoPrime watermark; your original files are not changed.
• The LithoPrime brand, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

LithoPrime provides the Platform "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of listed materials, the accuracy of listing information, the identity or solvency of any user, or the ability or willingness of any vendor or buyer to complete an off-platform transaction. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from interactions or transactions between users. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to LithoPrime in the 12 months before any claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, engage in fraud, or put the platform community at risk. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data in your dashboard, or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
