Overview
An independent inspector checks your stone at the factory before it's paid for and loaded: slab and tile counts, dimensions, thickness and calibration, flatness, finish and gloss, colour against approved samples, defects such as cracks, pits and resin, packing and loading.
It's the best protection against "what arrived isn't what I bought", especially when you can't visit. A failed report gives you leverage before the balance payment.
